Job Title:
Sr Conslt to Sr Mgr Identity & Access Management

Location:
Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis

Job Description:

Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis are preferred locations. Other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our client’s Security and Privacy Services Practice serves many of the world's largest and most prestigious companies across most major industry verticals. They offer solutions to help clients address a wide range of issues affecting business growth for both established as well as early stage and emerging companies.

Business models today encourage, and even require, opening boundaries between customers, suppliers, and partners. Technology can enable that openness and is also seen as a means to help achieve compliance with corporate policy and regulation. However, behind this increased accessibility and reliance on technology exists real risks and challenges. Technology can support compliance efforts, act as a business enabler, and provide a foundation to achieving secure systems. Meanwhile complex network environments, global operations, and human beings often challenge an organization’s security efforts. The increasing occurrence and complexity of security threats indicate that security has become a business imperative. Managing information risk at the enterprise level enables companies to achieve more efficient and effective security processes and programs. Issues such as stakeholder value, consumer confidence, brand and reputation protection, and legal and regulatory compliance can be addressed.

Digital information security is a management issue with global business implications. To succeed in today's network economy requires more than simply a focus on IT issues — it also requires a focus on security strategy and management. Our client’s Security and Privacy Services practice provides services that address how to take advantage of this dynamic situation while managing risks and are based on an enterprise-wide approach that focuses on security through seven areas:

  • Application Integrity
  • Business Continuity Management
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Infrastructure & Operations Security
  • Privacy & Data Protection
  • Security Management
  • Vulnerability Management

Our client’s Security and Privacy Services practice designs, develops, tests, and implements complex solutions that unlock the value of enterprise information. Additionally, the Security and Privacy Services Practice focuses on assisting clients in developing the people, processes and architectures required to achieve and sustain Excellence.

Our client’s technology consultants, working with other IT organizations, can help their clients to use technology integration to solve business challenges. Our client’s technology specialists, most with extensive experience in systems integration and development, are committed to delivering efficient, technology-based solutions to their clients. They assess their client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and implementation to improve both enterprise-wide integration and profitability. Through their long-term partnerships with many of the world's leading technology companies they can offer extremely cost effective implementation to their clients.

The objective of this role is to deliver IT value that helps drive business results by understanding both the business of technology and how technology works within the business.

For each level described below there are two career tracks:

The first is the SME (Subject Matter Expert) path. The SME track is for those who are looking for a career path which emphasizes technical and/or industry expertise over the more traditional business development oriented career path.

The second is the more traditional business development oriented career track which emphasizes the generation of revenue and requires that the candidate possesses, maintains, and builds a solid base of contacts from which to drive new business - even if it requires "cold calling.” This path is for those who are interested in and capable of acting as a true “Rainmaker.”

Additional opportunities exist for those candidates who possess strong experience in specific industry verticals in addition to meeting the cross-industry requirements stated below.

*Candidates interested in pursuing opportunities at levels up to and including Direct Entry Partner will be considered on a case-by-case basis based upon the merits of their accomplishments and qualifications for the role.
